If you're limited to the immediate area, then the skate park here offers a bite size of what you're probably looking for. Unlike some neighboring areas with more impressive resources, Charles Town's skate park is tiny, despite the huge lot that has remained empty for over a decade. However, what's offered here is definitely good for some quick practice and a hangout.

One of the worst skateparks I've ever skated. The parks and rec of Charles Town should be ashamed of themselves for giving us this hot garbage to skate. The asphalt it so pitted you can hardly roll and if your board falls off a ramp then nose dives your board gets destroyed. Add in the racist graffiti and crumbling rusty metal ramps and you've got a perfect metaphor for the area. I wish I could give it negative stars.
If you ride bmx...don't waste your time. I mean unless you like to slip around on the metal. It wouldn't be a bad little spot if it weren't for the slip and slide ramps.
Nice equipment. Rather secluded area. Google maps had a hard time getting me there.
Nice place for the kids, there's a better skate park in Leesburg VA that nicer and only 20 miles away.
