Cartoon Headquarters Inflatable Funzone

VERY DISAPPOINTINGnWe visited the Nutter Fort Cartoon Headquarters for a birthday party. The kids were so excited! The disappointment came when they went to play the games and almost half of them were out of order and many that were supposedly working, took the tokens but never came on for the kids to play. When our son lost tokens we let staff know and they did give us our token back but they were NOT very nice about it. I also went to the counter to ask where the rings were for the ring toss. One employee was lying on the floor on his phone and the other one was in the chair and informed me that she hadn’t been there all week and those blow ups are new so she doesn’t know where the rings are. Neither employee offered to get up and look around for them. They were not very personable at all! We will not bring our kids back to this establishment and definitely will not recommend having any parties there. We spent a ton of money in the machines and walked out with 3 pieces of bubble gum because with 65 tickets all you got was junk. We will take our money elsewhere.

We went to our great granddaughter’s birthday party. For her party we were about 12feet from the outside door, could only sit in part of the chairs because we were so crammed, couple of the chairs were broken (one little girl said she needed duct tape for her chair), and we had a table about 8feet long to put cake, drinks, presents. We were moving aside so kids and parents from other parties could get to prize machines and go play on the bouncing toys. Cost $300 for 2 hours for up to 10children.

It’s a great atmosphere for children for all ages, the new location has a full arcade game room which caters to the teens and it’s a great place to have a birthday party, there is plenty of room, a variety of activities for the children to do and at Cartoon Headquarters we’re all about fun!
