If I could leave no stars I would. It was extremely dirty, everything from the floors to all the climbing equipment. There was old baby puke on the mat in the climbing area. Everything was sticky. It just opened and the bathrooms were extremely dirty. For a place to be open for children, it should have better cleaning standards. I just can’t get over how dirty everything was, extremely disappointed. The employees were late at opening and as always very rude. No one is around to even to talk to about cleaning something up. My 4 year old has been picking up trash since we walked in. Who ever the owner is of this establishment should really take a moment and to look at what they are offering for the community. You can tell it’s just about the income and not actually offing a fun and enjoyable space for children and families.
I booked a party at the Albany location for my son’s 2nd birthday. I was greeted by the party manager Stephanie, she noticed I was struggling with bringing in my decorations along with the cake by myself. She went above and beyond to provide assistance to ease the process. This was one of the easiest children’s birthdays that I’ve done. The staff who also assisted with my party was also extremely attentive. I believe the gentleman who helped with the food was Brandon, he ensured the party room stayed clean and him and Stephanie checked on us throughout the party.nnI’m very pleased with my experience! Thank you again Stephanie and the billy beez team for making my son birthday memorable! I’ve been raving to my colleagues about the customer service and attentiveness from the staff!!nnWe will definitely book another party and be back for play dates!!!
Great place, but boy is it filthy!!!nWe got there when it opened at 11am and nothing was cleaned up from the prior day.nThe food corner had tables full of gunk and the floor was a mess. There were even drink cups from the prior day sitting around the play area.nThe staff was friendly but when leaving they were sitting in the doorway on the floor to the office chatting and unaware that families had been waiting at the register to go in and to be let out which is in line with the lack of cleanliness.nnRegardless the kids had a blast but clearly poor management at this location.
BEWARE PARENTS…. The place is dangerous and has major safety issues. My toddler got injured less than an inch from his eyes due to a serious safety hazard at the toddler area. There were sharp edges of big zip-ties that were carelessly installed and maintained. They were covering a metal rod that is supposed to be used closely from the kids face on eye level. This is a potential cause of serious eye injuries for kids and under any circumstance should not be left like this. Even after the incident we looked around and found several similar ones in different areas of the place. Not safe at all!
I just want to say on December 9 my son had a ball being that this was his first time at Billy Beez The staff Only did an amazing job with hosting the party. Everything was nicely timeframe we wasn’t rushed. She got us everything we needed when we needed it and if I could leave her a tip I would. My son birthday was a success, and I only did she make sure we got everything we needed she didn’t give us a problem or a hassle & her customer service was phenomenal I highly recommend . And I want to personally thank (ONLY) for all her help with making my day and successful day and my son was very much happy
