So happy this location finally opened, we love it! Its very spacious and open, my son loved the entirety of the playground not to mention the bumper cars!! The toddler section was a bit empty since some kid’s had broken majority of the toys but otherwise it was great! I even had fun playing too
Absolutely, amazing Staff! Brought my child in for a day of fun and everyone was kind and helpful. The employees were informative on company policies and ensured a safe environment for every child. 10/10 will come back with my child and recommend this specific location to friends and family. Great job Salmon Run Mall location.
Great fun for kids. There is even an area for the super little kids! Climbing foam blocks and tiny slide.

Not very impressed. The check in and waiver process takes forever, some staff is rude, they make you buy and wear special socks that are too big and just stick when you’re going down the slides, the little kid area is half empty, the big play area isn’t great for young children, and the arcade games are right in the main play area which have too many lights and screens that are overstimulating for young children. We’re better off just getting a membership to the MOST and driving to Syracuse when our kids need some indoor fun.
I had a great time at billy bees it was clean the staff was very friendly and when I lost my phone in the play areas, Yakia, Destancee, and Antanique all helped and they found my phone, Great service all the way around. I am very grateful for this place as my autistic son absolutely loves it.
