Beckley’s RVs New Oxford

From start to finishing our deal, we enjoyed this entire experience. Our sales rep Chris Hurst was fun, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Financing was made easy on us and closing our purchase was extremely detailed and thorough. They ensured we knew every detail of our travel trailer and that we had all the supplies we needed to jump right in and hit the road to our next adventure. We went to Beckley's Camping Center in New Oxford, PA to see a 2018 Winnebago Vista. The staff was very helpful. We took it for a test drive and decided to purchase it. When we picked it up about 10 days later, they had replaced the $2000 front windshield so it could pass state inspection. They gave us a very thorough tour through all of the features on the motorhome. Even after we took it home, they answered all questions we had as we were becoming familiar with the unit. I would highly recommend Beckley's if you want to purchase an RV.

Very friendly and helpful salesmen. After talking with Chris, he found the camper to match our needs in Thurmont. We drove to Maryland to check out the camper before it was brought to New Oxford. Sean was very courteous and happy to show us the Keystone Passport camper as well as a few others even though he wasn’t going to be the salesman getting credit for the sale!nnWhen we arrived home with our new used camper, it was missing a section of cover plate for the awning mechanism. We took pictures and sent them to Chris. He sent us the part, but when we began to install it, we noticed that the back part needed replacing. After a phone call, Chris assured us he was going to order the part. As of yet, we haven’t received it, but I am sure it will happen soon.nnBeckley’s service has been great. We would recommend you to go there if you’re interested in buying a new or used camper.

Buyer beware. We were all set to look at one & possibly get it. We put $ down & they wanted drivers license pics before even looking at it. After waiting 2 weeks we pulled in after driving 2 &1/2 hrs. We were early but they wanted signatures before thoroughly looking it. Of course we said not yet but after being there for 2 hrs they had to get the ladder out to look at antenna so I got up there to look and it was rotted in the corner probably from stress. There was also soft spot in floor. After calling owner at other store in MD told him what happened they said it was rare and sent us gas $ card. SO we gave them another chance & drove another 2 & 1/2 hrs only to find this 2021 camper was total rust underneath.They tried to lie about that too. Even The gas line was rusted. I mean everything. Being the salesman was at a different store this guy TJ didn't seem to care or help. Said he had other customers and we were only therefore 20 min. BUYER BE VERY AWARE. We ended up going local end of year sales and got a beautiful camper.

My wife & I purchased a new RV from Beckley’s of New Oxford, PA at the Timonium Fair Grounds RV show. Even though we purchased the floor model without knowing it, we are very happy with our purchase. Beckley’s has a good reputation. They stand behind their product sales and support above and beyond their competitors. Roland, our RV salesman, is very hospitable & helpful. When my wife & I have any questions, Roland takes care of anything we ask of him without hesitation. If he isn’t completely sure about answering a particular question, he will find someone at the New Oxford office who can. Kudos to Beckley’s New Oxford, PA employees!
