We rented a rock wall this last weekend for our neighborhood's Winter Festival. Cannot say enough good things about Backyard Carnivals. Owners were super helpful and friendly. Arrived and set up in time. Rock wall was exactly as described/shown on website and was a HUGE hit with everyone in the neighborhood. Will definitely recommend Backyard Carnivals to everyone and will most definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much Backyard Carnivals for making our festival a success!
Incredibly flexible team! I called them on a Saturday morning to see if they could accommodate a last minute/same day rental. They were at my house within the hour dropping off an inflatable for my son’s birthday. Saved the day! Folks were very professional and polite. Would for sure rent from them again!
First time using Backyard Carnivals and they were fantastic!nI had to push my son’s party date back a day due to weather and it was no problem at all. They were responsive, understanding, and very easy to work with. The 70ft long obstacle course they have was a HUGE success with the kids! Definitely will rent from them again!
Rented a money machine for a work event and couldn't be happier with our customer service. The rental process was super easy, drop off and pick up were on time and quick, and they took the time to answer any questions I had throughout the process. The money machine was great and a hit at the meeting. Would definitely use Backyard Carnivals again!

I can't explain how amazing this company is!! I first rented from a different company which I never received a confirmation from, so I decided to order from Backyard Carnivals. Not only were they quick to confirm, but they made sure to call in advance to double check my order, they were on time, and even upgraded my son's birthday waterslide to make it extra special! I love the fact that they are veteran owned and take care of their military as I would expect nothing less. They are quick to answer any questions before the rental and even during the rental! I honestly can say this company has gone above and beyond any bounce house rental we have ever rented from before!! Highly recommend this company before ever thinking of going elsewhere!!
