Altitude Trampoline Park – Leesburg, VA Reviews
Great place for winters - kids birthday party or just a day to ware off the adrenaline. Kids loved the place and it’s never a bad day out here. Usually the place is packed, except for summers when other amenities are open.
So my Son, with special needs pops out his lens to his glasses, in the foam pit. The manager Justin says, they clean it out every couple of weeks, but if I want to come in the next morning, before they open to look, he would meet me 45 minutes before the park opens. 1st of all, who does that these days, what an amazing Manager this kid is. He drove in from an hour away, to meet me 45 minutes before his shift started. Then he climbs in the foam pit with me, and starts throwing all the foam blocks out, and ends up finding the lens. Justin is an example of what a Manager, and a kind individual should be. Im so impressed with him, and wanted to tell him, his superiors, and the public, that he is an asset to his company, and more importantly, an asset to this world. Thank you Justin for your generosity, and i highly recommend your jump park, and you, as an excellent employee!!
Highly recommend! We had a fantastic experience for our party! So easy and the kids had a blast! Every employee we interacted with was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Special shout out to Shannon, Charlie (our party host), and Noah (manager) - They were fantastic!
Wonderful place to bring the kids of all walking ages. Many trampolines, a soft foam pit, dodge ball, and basket ball.nDownside lockers don't work, I feel it could be cleaner and not enough seating for parents while they are watching their kids play. I like Wednesday because it is 1/2 price. The web site the last time I looked wasn't updated to the new hours. All in all worth going.
The foam pit is dangerous. This photo is from about 3-5 minutes of kids emptying the foam pit because a kid was LOST in the foam pit. Lost for 3-5 minutes, and that’s just from when I arrived.nnThey found the kid eventually, and even the police came and debriefed the family.nnIt was very disappointing.
