Altitude Trampoline Park

This is by far the most unsanitary place I’ve ever been too. My daughter being my daughter dropped her phone with her ID in the Styrofoam pit that we were informed is cleaned every two weeks. It has been well over three weeks since the pet was last cleaned according to staff members. If this pit is supposed to be cleaned every two weeks, we must question whether or not it was really cleaned three weeks prior. In the two short videos attached, you will notice where the employee/manager has acknowledged that the pit has not been cleaned. My daughter needs her ID to be able to access her bank and take care of other business related with my grand daughter. I drove over 150 miles to come pick up her phone while I was in town for a doctors appointment only to be told it was not available, when we were advised it would be when I got there. When I informed them that I would be back the following day, instead of excepting the fact that they failed to clean the pit as said to the night before, the manager tried to pass me off as if I was a liar. why would I drive 300 miles round-trip for a second day unless I was told it would be available when I got there? My daughter and granddaughter we’re sick for over a week after they returned home from the park. If you take a child here and your child gets sick shortly after, you now know where that child got sick at. This place reeks of urine and feces and learning that after 2 1/2 weeks since my daughter and granddaughter visited this park, it has not been cleaned in that period of time, someone needs to call the Health Department!

Very nice trampoline park for kids to come out to run, play and jump. My son just loves this place, after playing an hour or so, he is already tired. I would recommend this place to bring your kids for a bit of fun.

We all had a blast!! 6 people and socks was 110.00 bucks not bad,we definitely got our money's worth!! Staff was all teenager's and they were nice and friendly! Will be goin back!

As an adult, I would have appreciated having a place to relax and grab a bite while my children enjoyed their time.nnOn the flip side, my children had a blast jumping and bouncing around. They found the trampoline park to be an exciting and engaging environment. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety of all participants.nnOverall, Altitude Trampoline Park may be a hit for children and those seeking an active adventure. However, for adults looking for more varied activities or a place to unwind, it may fall short. It's important to consider the preferences of all family members before deciding to visit.

So two weeks ago I booked my to children's Birthday parties; tables side by side. I had spoken to the party last two days ahead of time and everything was correct. When I arrived, my table had been given away, so they set up my daughter's table two blocks down, splitting up my family during our two birthday parties! The mgr didn't seem to care, nor did the party hosts. The party host told my oldest daughter she would talk to her instead of us parents since we were upset.
