Great space, lots of fun for the kids and adults. The staff is very friendly.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Marie was the host for my daughter's birthday party and she took care of everything and was so kind! The kids had a lot of fun! It was a fantastic experience and we plan on having more birthday parties here. Gracias!!

Great place for kids, family, and hangouts with your group recommended times are not weekens as the week days are usually more empty.
My kids love going here and always have a lot of fun. The facilities are spacious and the trampolines are well maintained. They also do a good job of adding attractions, like the recent addition of the Parkour Area. As far as areas for improvement, I wish they would do something to expedite the Check-In process as that sometimes takes a long time. At least create a separate line for those with a membership, or provide a QR code that can be scanned. Also, parents will sometimes allow their kids that are way too young for certain attractions to use them (like the foam pit or climbing wall), making it difficult for others to fully enjoy. I've also seen full grown adults climbing in areas that are supposed to be for infants and toddlers. But overall a great place to spend a couple hours with the kids.
My granddaughter had her birthday very nice the kids had a goodtime,one of my concerns was the bathroom not so clean they need to check them at least every hour are so many kids going so they have to make sure they are neat and have soap to wash hands and not having pee on the floor.Please deal with this other wise GREAT place for kids to have fun.
