We had our son’s birthday party here yesterday, and it was really great! We had a dedicated party host - Janice, and she was amazing! Very attentive, proactive and friendly. The room was set up tastefully, we didn’t have to worry about anything, we brought little things with us, but plates, cups, napkins was all provided, colour coordinated, even the bowls for the chips! Janice helped serve the pizza, she refreshed drinks for the kids several times, and when it was time for the cake (or cup cakes in our case), she brought a sparkle which was a nice surprise! From start to finish, my expectations were exceeded. Oh, and our son really likes his t-shirt that he got as a birthday gift from the Aerosports park. Nice soft cotton:) Thank you!

It's a huge place. I had my son's bday party here and I would say it is and can be a little chaotic.. overall the facility has everything the kids needed to have fun but socks are now not included when it was included when I booked the party package. So be aware.
We had birthday party yesterday. I was little worried about having a birthday party here since the review was all different. However, our experience was amazing. The party host was very patience and she helped serve guests. Only down side was that it was too hot where arcades are. We wish they could provide us fans to cool down. I will be more than happy to go back for birthday or play.
Great experience here. Booked a birthday party for my 9 year old son and 7 of his friends. The staff were great the whole time and booking the party was very easy. They answered my questions quickly and everyone had a blast. !
My kids both said that they preferred this place to Sky Zone.nIt's smaller than Sky Zone, so it will get busy quickly, but it has a great mix of activities and the staff are really friendly.nnThe 2 steep slides were a real hit, as was the giant inflatable.nThey also have the main trampoline floor, a 2 story Ninja course, basketball and dodgeball areas, a climbing wall, a few arcade machines, a decent amount of seating.nnThe snack bar is well stocked and reasonably priced and the place seemed clean and well maintained in general.
