I would give no star's if I could.nncalled to get a price for my daughter to rent a bouncy house for her party in Augustnfirst the man on the phone has a thick accent super hard to understand him ,once I told him the party was in August he laughed , told him I wasn't looking to book I was looking for prices and had a question about one of the Bouncy housenSuper rude was talking over me told him he's the best in the world and then hung up on me . Poor Costumer servers would NOT recommend at all!!
The items that were chosen were beyond what I expected. The gentleman David that was the point person was extremely friendly and accommodating with our small amount of volunteers. Regina I thank you for the phone conversations and many emails of communication. The children of P.S.198 in Brooklyn completely enjoyed the carnival and everything provided. The Bucket Splash was a huge success especially because of the hot weather that day, I am extremely happy we were able to add it at the last minute. Total Jump inflatables did an event for me on July 21st!. The kids loved the 5 in 1. It was huge, clean and the employee from Total jump was a total sweet heart! Very punctual and respectful! He was great with the kids and very knowledgeable about the equipment!! We have already booked them for our 2nd event! Thank you total jump!
Total jump was great! We had such a great experience with them. I hired them for our pre-k and K graduation and they came on time. The person in Charge was amazing! Fast, polite just great with the kids. We had a mini carnival and concessions with unlimited supplies. I recommend them for any kind of party. Thank you!
PS 22 PTA used this company for our carnival this year! Awesome customer service from beginning to end. A big thanks to Anthony & Rita who were always in communication with us making sure we had a great event. Also a big shout out to the event staff especailly David, Juan & Alfonso these guys were so accommodating despite a few rain showers they stuck it out with us & with smiles on their faces!! The kids had a great time!! Thank you!! Would highly recommend!!!!
